Restaurants “Old Slavic Cuisine”

Here is located one of the Restaurants “Staroslovanská Kuchyně” (“Old Slavic Cuisine”). It‘s a part of the beer spa complex. Dining hall of hunter castle was built already in 1810. The original dining hall, which underwent reconstruction, has ceiling vaults, columns, and the original fireplace, which all complete the exceptional atmosphere of this historical Restaurants.

Here is historical, gourmet food and the craft dark beer and craft blonde beer brewed in the local brewery. This beer has no preservatives at all. Such beer people brewed in ancient time.

This is not russian restaurant as its guests sometime call. This food has been cooked for many thousands of years. Come and enjoy borsch, shaslik, home-made sausages, pelmeni made of venison and veal, home-made barley bread, buckwheat porridge, homemade lemonade from fresh wild berries, as well as many other delicacie. Meat and fish prepared not like BBQ, they are baked in the old stone oven, which is heated by oak wood. Other restaurants with such meals you can't found in the Czech Republic or Western Europe.
